I have the same problem after each package upgrade...
Probably you already set the sticky bit on /usr/lib/sympa/lib/sympa/queue as suggested in #581849.
But before doing so also set the owner to sympa... chown sympa /usr/lib/sympa/lib/sympa/queue chmod u+s /usr/lib/sympa/lib/sympa/queue greetings Reza
