Hi Philippe, Thanks for the update. Unfortunately, I have no clue where this message comes from. Looking at the source, “loginctl activate” seems like the only candidate, but the message that is reported comes from systemd-logind, not loginctl.
With the journal as log target, source code file and line number would be present, but since you’re not running systemd, you don’t have that. I’d be curious whether the message still appears when you boot with systemd as PID 1 (i.e. append init=/bin/systemd to your kernel cmdline).
