I second that! As "Recommends" are currently installed by default, installing openbox package will pull the likely unwanted GNOME 3 core. IMHO, the best option for 'openbox' is: 'Suggests: openbox-gnome-session, openbox-kde-session' (if there no purpose on recommending just one of the 2 'openbox-*-session' packages, prioritizing the '*-gnome-*' one). The following entries: a) 'Enhances: gnome-session' b) 'Enhances: kde-workspace-bin' can probably also be added for: a) 'openbox-gnome-session' b) 'openbox-kde-session' packages respectively.
