Hi, mothur is no longer buildable on mips, mipsel, s390x since the Build-Depends: libopenmpi-dev cannot be satisfied there. Either you can switch to a different mpi implementation on these architectures or you need to request the removal of the mothur binaries there. Otherwise mothur won't move towards testing.
