Package: postgresql-8.0 Version: 8.0.3-15 Severity: important After a dual installation (psql-7.4 and 8.0 on the same machine) the postgresql-server 8.0 does not bind to default port 5433. It has to be changed in the postgresql.conf file, to use port 5432, and then it works.
