Actually julia used to build-depend on libunwind8-dev, but I recently switched to libunwind7-dev in order to have julia transition to testing (with the consent of the Release Team). With the upcoming removal of ia64, I guess the libunwind transition will soon move forward. Please let us know when this is the case, and I will make the switch again. -- .''`.
