Package: mydumper Version: 0.5.1-3 Severity: normal The package should not depend on libjs-sphinxdoc since this is only needed for reading the HTML documentation, which is something that usually does not happen on a server anyway, and this and its dependencies actually use more disk space than the rest of the package. A Recommends would work as well.
