Package: gimp-ufraw Version: 0.19.2-2 Severity: normal I have installed gimp and gimp-ufraw. When I try any way to open a tiff file with gimp - be it on bash with "gimp file.tif" or out of with gimp -> open file or any context menu - the tif file gets opened by gimp-ufraw.
I found a thread on the ufraw-dev mailinglist¹ which mentions the issue I address being fixed in 0.19 but gimp-ufraw 0.19.2-2 in debian testing still has this issue. ¹ http://comments.gmane.org/gmane.comp.graphics.ufraw.devel/831 -- System Information: Debian Release: jessie/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 3.12-0.towo-siduction-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU cores; PREEMPT) Locale: LANG=de_DE.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=de_DE.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages gimp-ufraw depends on: ii gimp 2.8.6-1 ii libatk1.0-0 2.10.0-2 ii libbz2-1.0 1.0.6-5 ii libc6 2.17-96 ii libcairo2 1.12.16-2 ii libexiv2-12 0.23-1 ii libfontconfig1 2.11.0-1 ii libfreetype6 2.4.9-1.1 ii libgcc1 1:4.8.2-5 ii libgdk-pixbuf2.0-0 2.28.2-1 ii libgimp2.0 2.8.6-1 ii libglib2.0-0 2.37.5+really2.36.4-0r0 ii libgomp1 4.8.2-5 ii libgtk2.0-0 2.24.22-1 ii libgtkimageview0 1.6.4+dfsg-0.1 ii libjpeg8 8d-1 ii liblcms1 1.19.dfsg-1.2 ii liblensfun0 0.2.7-3 ii libpango-1.0-0 1.36.0-1 ii libpangocairo-1.0-0 1.36.0-1 ii libpangoft2-1.0-0 1.36.0-1 ii libpng12-0 1.2.49-5 ii libstdc++6 4.8.2-5 ii libtiff5 4.0.3-5 ii zlib1g 1:1.2.8.dfsg-1 gimp-ufraw recommends no packages.
