Yes, that's correct.

icedove-{dbg,dev}, calendar-timezone, calendar-google-provider should
not have this information, because a Xul extension that supports
{3550f703-e582-4d05-9a08-453d09bdfdc6} should depend on icedove, but not
on icedove-dbg, icedove-dev, calendar-timezone or
calendar-google-provider.

Does the Iceowl plugin have an own AppId and does it support it's own
Xul-extensions?
