This seems to be the same issue that I reported here: http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=337319 for libmail-spf-query-perl. I reported it in this package because of the note on http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=334687 .
