Dear Maintainer,
lintian suggests to add 'autotools-dev' to build-depends:

$ lintian libfm_1.1.2.2-1.dsc | lintian-info
W: libfm source: outdated-autotools-helper-file config.guess 2011-05-11
N:
N: The referenced file has a time stamp older than April of 2012 and the
N: package does not build-depend on autotools-dev or automake and
N: therefore apparently does not update it. This usually means that the
N: source package will not build correctly on ARM64, for which a Debian
N: port is currently in progress, and may not support other newer
N: architectures.
N:
N: For packages using debhelper, the tools from the dh-autoreconf package
N: should handle this issue. cdbs will automatically update these files
N: if autotools-dev is installed during build, but the build dependency
N: on autotools-dev is still necessary.
N:
N: Otherwise, read /usr/share/doc/autotools-dev/README.Debian.gz (from
N: the autotools-dev package) for information on how to fix this problem.
N:
N: Severity: normal, Certainty: possible
N:
N: Check: cruft, Type: source
