Hi,
the cvs2svn(1) manpage contains
cvs2svn [OPTION]... -s svn-repos-path cvs-repos-path
and
-s=path
Load CVS repository into the Subversion repository located
at PATH. If there is no Subversion repository at path,
create a new one.
Obviously this is a conflict.
cvs2svn -s=repository creates "=repository" so the "=" should be
removed.
You should also substitude "PATH" with ".I path" to be consistent.
