Severity: important
At startup (e.g. when restarting Iceweasel after a crash), Iceweasel
loads HTML5 videos in background tabs! This is completely insane!
Here I was using a 3G connection (via USB tethering), and 200 MB
were downloaded for nothing. People may have limited connections
or may pay for the connection. Videos should always be loaded on
demand, never automatically in background tabs.
