Package: debtags
Version: 1.12
Severity: important
File: /usr/bin/debtags-fetch

Hello,

It seems that debtags-fetch tries to download tags from alioth even though
the --local switch is used, see below. This breaks the postinst script
when it fails, causing the package not to install properly.

$ sudo /usr/bin/debtags-fetch --verbose --local update
