A workaround is to disable the blacklist altogether by setting the
timeout to 0.

E.g.

  vnc4server :1 --BlacklistTimeout=0


P.S.: Sorry, I'm unable to test the possible IPv6 solution discussed
in Dec 2012 of this thread because of an unrelated bug in our hosted
environment.
