Package: ldap-git-backup
Version: 1.0.6-2
Severity: wishlist

Please add some examples to the manual page.

Some ldif-generating commands:

For LDAP servers accessible to the public:

--ldif-cmd 'ldapsearch -u -x -o ldif-wrap=no -H ldaps://ldap.example.org -b
dc=example,dc=org'

For LDAP servers only accessible from certain servers:

--ldif-cmd 'ssh host.example.org ldapsearch -u -x -o ldif-wrap=no -H
ldaps://ldap.example.org -b dc=example,dc=org'

I'm using ldif-wrap=no to make the files more git-friendly.

An example commit message:

--commit-msg "Import $(date --rfc-3339=seconds)"
