That would be due to the following changelog entry: Remove libbsd_nlist.diff (obsolete). this is wrong, libkvm either needs to get that patch back, or it needs to Depend on one of libelf-dev or libelfg0-dev. libbsd-dev should not be expected to provide «/usr/include/nlist.h».
