I'd never heard of dpsyco-sudo until this bug report .. and I don't
immediately understand what the point of it is.  

I will refile this bug against dpsyco-sudo.  However, a quick look shows
that dpsyco was last uploaded in August of 2008, which suggests it's not
being actively maintained.
