libpopt0 from 1.16-7 to 1.16-8 appears to be the latest one reproducing
this bug. Earlier logs with my debug print where showing that problem
appeared only during configure phase for libwireshark3. Too bad I have
replaced that change with other python-apt changes so no more debug print
if the issue happens to reproduce.
