The current version of how-can-i-help compile just fine in Wheezy if one
of the build dependencies are relaxed:

This make me wonder, perhaps the build dependency on gem2deb (>= 0.4.1~)
is too strict?  Version 0.3.0 in Wheezy seem to work just fine.  Why is
the build dependency like it is?
