Hmm, apparently tahoe-lafs has been removed from testing due to this bug (see <https://release.debian.org/britney/hints/auto-removals>). Some warning would have been nice.
The fix of adding the net-tools dependency is trivial, so I don't know how this slipped through the cracks. -- Daira Hopwood ⚥
