Hi,
ffmpeg should be built with -DRUNTIME_CPUDETECT to postpone the choice
of optimized functions at run time, especially to enable G3 machines to
run the packages built on Altivec capable machines in Debian.
This shouldn't be used on m68k, where it causes an ICE (porters were
informed).
