Dear Maintainer,
*** Please consider answering these questions, where appropriate ***

   * What led up to the situation?
        Upgrade to unstable revision
   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?
Update pgadmin3 and pgadmin3-data, uninstall, install from stable to
testing and next from testing to sid.
Into testing and sid revisions es_ES is not available.
   * What was the outcome of this action?
pgadmin3 has all language but never shows es_ES language, something has
destroyed this language
   * What outcome did you expect instead?
pgadmin3 should show all languages, including es_ES, and it should be
available/selectable.
