Control: 622359 + moreinfo

Hello again,

While reading the code, I found out that the functionality was already
available.
You just have to use the ":ascii-ids:" tag to trigger it.

Document example (tested in currently packaged version and also on the
upstream latest version):

This is an example asciidoc-file
================================
Gerhard Siegesmund <je...@jerri.de>
:ascii-ids:

Umlauts e.g. ü break a2x headlines
----------------------------------

Stable asciidoc (8.5.x) has no problems with this file.

------------------- End of the document example ----------------------

So a built-in solution is available.
