Still present in 1:13.11~betav1-1 The problem happens because update-alternatives removes fglrx_drv.so from /usr/lib/xorg/modules/drivers/ I've fixed it for myself by adding "ln -sf /usr/lib/fglrx/fglrx_drv.so /usr/lib/xorg/modules/drivers" after "update-alternatives --set glx /usr/lib/mesa-diverted" in switchlibGL and switchlibglx I think update-alternatives shouldn't touch fglrx_drv.so, it isn't used unless it's explicitly specified in xorg.conf
