Package: gedit-plugins Version: 3.8.3-2 Followup-For: Bug #723978 Hello, I've got this bug too, so I did small workaround: I commented out this to lines, which caused errors. In file /usr/lib/i386-linux- gnu/gedit/plugins/terminal.py lines 61-62. Now embedded terminal works.
I know it's trivial, but maybe somebody will find it usefull Best regards, Pamela -- System Information: Debian Release: jessie/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (500, 'testing') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 3.10-3-686-pae (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=pl_PL.utf8, LC_CTYPE=pl_PL.utf8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages gedit-plugins depends on: ii dconf-gsettings-backend [gsettings-backend] 0.16.1-1 ii gedit 3.8.3-4 ii gir1.2-glib-2.0 1.36.0-2+b1 ii gir1.2-gtk-3.0 3.8.4-1 ii gir1.2-gtksource-3.0 3.8.2-1 ii gir1.2-gucharmap-2.90 1:3.8.2-3 ii gir1.2-pango-1.0 1.32.5-5+b1 ii gir1.2-peas-1.0 1.8.1-1 ii gir1.2-vte-2.90 1:0.34.8-1 ii libatk1.0-0 2.10.0-2 ii libc6 2.17-93 ii libcairo-gobject2 1.12.16-2 ii libcairo2 1.12.16-2 ii libgdk-pixbuf2.0-0 2.28.2-1 ii libgirepository-1.0-1 1.36.0-2+b1 ii libglib2.0-0 2.36.4-1 ii libgtk-3-0 3.8.4-1 ii libgtksourceview-3.0-1 3.8.2-1 ii libpango-1.0-0 1.32.5-5+b1 ii libpangocairo-1.0-0 1.32.5-5+b1 ii libpeas-1.0-0 1.8.1-1 ii python3 3.3.2-17 ii python3.3 3.3.2-7 gedit-plugins recommends no packages.
