Hello Laurent Bigonville! Making sure iproute-dev didn't have any reverse (build-)dependencies before dropping it was a mistake. Fortunately only collectd was affected and has been fixed upstream to use libmnl instead (and AFAIK it should have reached Debian now as well?!). This has the additional affect that collectd can enable the netlink plugin on more then i386.
