Hello Nick, Any chances of doing that testing? As things stand, I get reports of this issue even on kernels that have the very latest AMD microcode driver, on every arch that runs on an AMD processor (i686, amd64/x86-64 *and* apparently even x32!) and no hope to track it down since neither I nor AMD can reproduce it.
I really want to get amd64-microcode out of the limbo, deploy early initramfs support and also backport the updates to stable, but this serious issue is on the way :-( I know I am imposing on you a bit, but I really have no choice on this matter. -- "One disk to rule them all, One disk to find them.
