Could you try the following?
gst-launch-1.0 -mv playbin 
uri=http://gffstream.ic.llnwd.net/stream/gffstream_w19b
and then attach the complete output to a mail?

Not that it should matter, but updating gst-plugins-good and -bad to
1.2.0-1 would be a good idea :)
