I mistyped my email in the reportbug configuration and assumed that the incorrect email lead to the report not actually being submitted when I couldn't find my report through the web interface. I ended up submitting another report which became #726869.
I'd merge the two bugs but I'm not 100% clear on how to do that myself and don't want to make things any messier than I've already made them.
