I know this is "half a proposal", because: 1.- I'm not sure if the class (XXX) has to be tip, note, important or warning. 2.- I don't know how the wml file that would include the text should be. 3.- I don't know how I should rewrite for example the contact file to include the text once splitted. 4.- I don't know if it would require manual change of each page containing the <email> tag, or it could be automated with a script, and how this would affect translations (I mean, if the change in translations could be automated too). But if you agree on the idea, I could work to learning the things I don't know, and provide a patch.
