http://mirrors.manchester.m247.com/debian/project/trace/ seems like a forged trace directory. Maybe it's due to the use of unsupported tool (like debmirror). Everything should be synced from upstream, including the trace directory. It allows our tools to check the mirror's freshness. See http://www.debian.org/mirror/ftpmirror#how for the recommended tool to achieve that.
