e-uae is no longer in active development, such changes will therefore not be implemented. If you want to use a modern and more powerful Amiga emulator, try fs-uae [1]. fs-uae is also currently waiting in NEW [2] to be accepted into unstable. Once it is, both e-uae and uae will be removed from Debian and you can install fs-uae instead. Thus, closing this bug.
