gnome-screensaver 3.4.1-1+b1 (testing) arch: amd64
The unlock dialog does not appear about 95% of the times. But typing the password, then enter, reaches to unlock the screen.Manually lock the screen effectively locks the screen, but does not show the dialog box either on a user event (mouse or keyboard action).
