Package: openjpeg (severity: annoying)
Hi, debian/rules gives an illusion that DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS and EXTRA_CFLAGS actually do something, but they don't. Please fix the package - a few Makefile.ins need to tweaked to respect CFLAGS and, while at it, CC.
