Package: kde-standard Version: 5:77+deb7u1 Severity: important Dear Maintainer, When running KDE4 under a remote XDMCP session, over time a number of applications continually increase their memory useage far beyond reasonable limits. The worst seems to be kded4. After being up only 24 hours, its memory usage has grown to 408 MiB. Nothing special is being done (other than a resync of a RAID6 array under mdadm). I'm using Xming 6.9.0.31 to handle the XDMCP session. I do not know if the same issue occurs under a local session, because the system is headless. Shutting down the XDMCP session recovers much of the memory, although not all.
