Package: musl-tools
Version: 0.9.14-1
Severity: serious
Justification: Policy 3.5

If musl-dev isn't installed, when I want to compile a C program
with musl-gcc (the only tool provided by musl-tools), I get:

xvii:~> musl-gcc hello.c
hello.c:1:19: fatal error: stdio.h: No such file or directory
 #include <stdio.h>
                   ^
compilation terminated.

Installing musl-dev solves the problem. Since the musl-dev package
is needed to make musl-gcc work correctly, musl-tools should depend
on it.
