Package: musl-tools Version: 0.9.14-1 Severity: serious Justification: Policy 3.5
If musl-dev isn't installed, when I want to compile a C program with musl-gcc (the only tool provided by musl-tools), I get: xvii:~> musl-gcc hello.c hello.c:1:19: fatal error: stdio.h: No such file or directory #include <stdio.h> ^ compilation terminated. Installing musl-dev solves the problem. Since the musl-dev package is needed to make musl-gcc work correctly, musl-tools should depend on it. -- System Information: Debian Release: jessie/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (500, 'testing'), (500, 'stable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 3.10-3-amd64 (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=POSIX, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages musl-tools depends on: ii musl 0.9.14-1 musl-tools recommends no packages. musl-tools suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
