Package: qemu-kvm Version: 1.1.2+dfsg-6 Severity: normal While working on bug 724802<http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=724802> (ie reproducing it repeatedly on a guest kernel), I got an error message from KVM (copied in a bit later on in this message). That bug is some kind of serious error in the kernel, so it's not very surprising that it triggered a bug in KVM. After it happened, the kvm window went all black, but that kernel bug that sometimes results in that on it's own.
Unfortunately, this error message only happened once, and I closed the whole VM (by clicking the "close" window decoration button, which did close everything) before remembering to gather any more information about the state... If it happens again, is there anything I should grab besides a core dump of the KVM process? I started the VM with `kvm -drive file=wheezy-futex-kernel-panic-test.qcow,cache=writeback,if=virtio \ -cpu host \ -m 1G \ -vga vmware \ -smp 4 \ -virtfs local,id=src,path=/path/to/a/local/folder,security_model=none,mount_tag=src`. That image .qcow is a fairly standard Debian image, but it has had lots and lots of kernel crashes etc, so it might be corrupted in some way. However, it was working fine before I saw this message and it still seems to work fine afterwards, so I don't think so. The "src" 9p share gets mounted in the guest from /etc/fstab.
