Howdy, I can confirm that it also happens with the latest Parrot.
My guess is that the docs used to be correct, but nobody used this behavior and when the main "parrot" frontend was re-written in Winxed, various ties to IMCC/PASM were cut and that feature was probably dropped. Whiteknight would likely know more. Zefram, is there a test that is failing because of this?
