Bug#723868: num_history_items_recorded=0 causes mc to stop working

Package: mc
Version: 3:4.8.3-10

When I set num_history_items_recorded=0 in my $HOME/.config/mc/ini, mc 
stops working properly. For example copy (F5) no longer works. When I 
press F5, simply nothing happens, no files are copied.
