Moving the .pc file into multiarch location while the rest of the library isn't converted to multiarch doesn't make sense anyway. Daniel, since this breaks the build for quite a few packages (in my case I wanted to upload a newer tracker release), it would be good to have fix soon. I can offer to NMU in case you are busy.
