I wonder if the order of /proc/filesystems is determined by module load
order? Seems to be, and if so, changing this line to load hfs after
hfsplus might be the simplest fix:

FS="ext2 ext3 reiserfs fat vfat xfs iso9660 hfs hfsplus ntfs"
