Indeed, biber needs to have a
Breaks: biblatex
and replaces the recommends wiht
Recommends: texlive-latex-extra
Actually, you where missed *one* updated, the biblatex package was
updated to work with biber and uploaded to Dbian, but it seems you
pnly updated the biber package. After that biblatex was removed
and you couldn't update anymore.
WIll prepare another upload soon.
In the meantime, just
dpkg --remove biblatex
should suffice.
