Thanks. My preference is to have upstream release with the updated translations. I will pursue that first, but if that cannot happen in a timely fashion, will review the translations and see if they apply to the version currently in Debian.
So would I, but we haven't had any luck so far. Maybe they will listen to you and find the time - there is always hope!
