While there is some patch for LFS support from back in 2001 included
in the package, either this was never sufficient or nowadays more
things are needed to get proper LFS support.
Adding the output of "getconf LFS_CFLAGS" to $CFLAGS (via
debian/rules) seems sufficient. I tested it with multiple 2.1 GB
sparse files on btrfs with mmv as well as with mcp.
Will be part of the next upload.
