This bug is the same as bug #721442. The problem is that when the kde libraries are updated, the kde init services are not restarted, so they don't know where to look for the properly versioned libraries. The solution is to reload the kde services.
This bug should not be closed, it should be reclassified as normal and reassigned to libkio5, which should restart kde services when it is updated.
