Package: simpleid

Hi Maintainers !
We can use simpleid with modrewrite, but it needs a .htaccess in the www
directory. In the config.inc file, there is a comment which says :
" * In order to support clean URLs, you must be using Apache with
mod_rewrite
* enabled. You will need to rename .htaccess.dist in the SimpleID web
directory
* to .htaccess"
but the .htaccess.dist is not provided in the package. It is available
in the source tree.
Could you add the file in docs files ?
