Welcome to experimental ;-) The explanation is quite simple: when ktorrent 4.3.1-1 was uploaded to experimental it wascompiled against libkworkspace4abi1, which was possibly the version in unstable at that time. Later KDE was updated and so came libkworkspace4abi2. Of course ktorrent from experimental becomes uninstallable, but as it is a version from experimental, this is expected and not considered a bug. All you can do is wait until the maintainer decides to push ktorrent 4.3.1 or any later version to unstable.
