Package: texmaker Version: 4.0.3-2 Severity: normal Dear Maintainer,
I just built texmaker from source invoking apt-get -t testing source -b texmaker and it (initially) failed with: aboutdialog.cpp:16:28: fatal error: poppler-config.h: No such file or directory compilation terminated. Apparently, the missing file "poppler-config.h" is part of the package libpoppler-private-dev After installing it, texmaker built without problems. (I was building the testing version of texmaker on wheezy with poppler 0.22.5-2 from experimental, but I checked that also in wheezy's version 0.18.4-6 of poppler the file poppler-config.h is part of libpoppler-private-dev) Cheers, Daniel -- System Information: Debian Release: 7.1 APT prefers stable-updates APT policy: (500, 'stable-updates'), (500, 'stable'), (130, 'testing'), (120, 'unstable'), (110, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 3.10-0.bpo.2-amd64 (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_GB.utf8, LC_CTYPE=en_GB.utf8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages texmaker depends on: ii libc6 2.13-38 ii libgcc1 1:4.7.2-5 ii libpoppler-qt4-4 0.22.5-2 ii libqt4-network 4:4.8.2+dfsg-11 ii libqt4-xml 4:4.8.2+dfsg-11 ii libqtcore4 4:4.8.2+dfsg-11 ii libqtgui4 4:4.8.2+dfsg-11 ii libqtwebkit4 2.2.1-5 ii libstdc++6 4.7.2-5 ii texmaker-data 4.0.3-2 ii zlib1g 1:1.2.7.dfsg-13 Versions of packages texmaker recommends: ii aspell 0.60.7~20110707-1 ii asymptote 2.15-2 ii ghostscript 9.05~dfsg-6.3 ii hunspell-de-at-frami [hunspell-dictionary] 1:3.3.0-4 ii hunspell-de-de-frami [hunspell-dictionary] 1:3.3.0-4 ii hunspell-en-ca [hunspell-dictionary] 1:3.3.0-4 ii hunspell-en-us [hunspell-dictionary] 20070829-6 ii hunspell-fr [hunspell-dictionary] 1:3.3.0-4 pn ibus-qt4 <none> ii myspell-en-gb [myspell-dictionary] 1:3.3.0-4 ii netpbm 2:10.0-15+b1 ii psutils 1.17.dfsg-1 ii texlive-latex-extra 2012.20120611-2 texmaker suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
