Package: Openvpn ?

After a safe-upgrade
(yesterday September 2nd 2013) I get the following "FAIL"
message
during the shutdown sequence:
[OK] Asking all remaining processes
to terminate...done

[FAIL] Killing all remaining processes...failed
[OK]
Stopping enhanced syslog: rsyslogd.
Please consider the additional
